Products
All Pour & Placed candles, wax melts and home fragrance products are hand poured in small batches.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, finish or scent may occur. These variations are part of the character of handmade products and do not affect their quality.
Orders
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.
All orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a refund or offer an alternative.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.
Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£).
Prices may change at any time without notice. However, the price shown at checkout is the price you will pay.
Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Pour & Placed is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers once the order has been dispatched.

Candles must always be used responsibly.
Please follow the care and safety instructions provided with your purchase. Pour & Placed cannot accept responsibility for damage or injury caused by improper use of candles or home fragrance products.
Candles should never be left unattended while burning and must be kept away from children, pets and flammable materials.
Wedding and Bespoke Orders
Orders placed for weddings, events or personalised items may require a deposit to secure the booking.
Due to the personalised nature of these products, wedding and bespoke orders may not be refundable once production has begun.
Full details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
