At Pour & Placed we hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return most items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition
Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, burned or melted.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Wedding and Personalised Orders
Wedding favours, personalised items or bespoke orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of postage.
Scent perception can vary from person to person, and individual fragrance preferences are subjective. For this reason we cannot offer refunds based solely on scent preference.
