All Pour & Placed products are carefully hand-poured and packed from our studio.

 

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days. During busy periods this may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

 

 

 

Shipping within the UK

 

 

We currently ship within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).

 

Orders are sent using Royal Mail or a trusted courier service.

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

• Standard delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

• Tracked delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch

 

 

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on the courier.

 

 

 

 

Shipping costs

 

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

 

From time to time we may offer free delivery promotions.

 

 

 

 

Incorrect addresses

 

 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

 

Pour & Placed cannot be responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address details being provided.

 

 

 

 

Lost or delayed orders

 

 

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Damaged items

 

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

 

 

 

Wedding and bespoke orders

 

 

For wedding favours, venue candles or other bespoke items, delivery dates will be agreed individually at the time of booking.
